"Nicholas Leone was such a great help throughout this whole process. I was able to get set up with a new car insurance policy in about 45minutes. He called me exactly on time for the appointment we had scheduled and that’s what impressed me out the gate. He explained the coverage well, explained all the discounts that were available to us, and we had many questions that he was able to answer thoroughly in a way that was an easy for me to understand. "I’ve always been a little weary of insurance companies due to scams, poor customer service, difficult communication, etc… BUT I go out of my way to talk to this insurance office any time I have a question! Sometimes I’ll get a text from the office with a clarification or suggesting I call and I won’t hesitate because I know it’ll be well worth my time. Everyone is so pleasant and honest with their information, even when I’m giving a “no” to a suggested policy. If you’re shopping around, make sure you take a look here - even just the positive experience is worth its weight in gold (but the decent rates can’t hurt either!)"
