"This office must have been given my number accidentally (they've consistently used a name that isn't mine), and has called me numerous times. I had ignored all of their calls and voicemails as I had (incorrectly) assumed they would leave me alone eventually. Apparently, that is not the case, as today I was threatened via text message that if I didn't respond, they would "keep reaching out frequently" which sounds a whole lot like continuous harassment to me. I can't speak to their service standards, but their sales tactics are pushy and unprofessional."
