Sometimes I’ll get a text from the office with a clarification or suggesting I call and I won’t hesitate because I know it’ll be well worth my time. Everyone is so pleasant and honest with their information, even when I’m giving a “no” to a suggested policy. If you’re shopping around, make sure you take a look here - even just the positive experience is worth its weight in gold (but the decent rates can’t hurt either!)"

"At first Sean was great really helped lower my insurance rates that progressive had initially hiked very high. I was asked to get photo inspection pictures and was provided a list of places that were an hour away from where I lived. I communicated this inconvenience several times back and forth and was not provided a resolution for over a month. In this time frame, my comprehensive and collision was dropped I received a cancellation of coverage, new ID cards and a letter from my lender requesting the full coverage be put back on the vehicle. Finally an agent was sent out to me at my office to have the pictures done (it was never offered for me to come to them or have this done) my policy waited another entire month to be reinstated after the photos. I received a bill this month for $40 more than normal and was told my next to would be $80 more to cover the coverage from the months I was indeed NOT covered. I called and emailed to express my frustration where I was continuously told I was covered. Even though I was not and have several pieces of mail from State Farm proving this. Sean called me and was rude, arrogant, belittling and kept arguing and speaking over me on the phone. Wouldn’t hear a word I had to say, and laughed at me and said “it’s not my car so who cares don’t pay it” I have never in my life been spoken to or treated so poorly by a person or business when trying to resolve an issue. I will be taking my business to an agent who actually cares about their business practices."
